You are required to record every ticket that is distributed so that distributed tickets can be properly included in the calculation of winning tickets. The CharityMania website provides management tools to facilitate that process. The management tools provide you with the ability to record some ticket holder information (this is entirely optional). The contact information is used by you to contact ticket holders when they have won prizes. Ticket holder contact information is kept strictly confidential. It is not shared with any third parties under any circumstances, unless otherwise required by law, and it is not used by CharityMania for any marketing related activities.
Ticket Holders: Thank you for supporting one of our charitable organizations. This website provides you with the means to contact the organization from whom you received your CharityMania Ticket. You can use this form if you have a question about the fundraiser but do not know how to contact the participating organization. Simply fill out a simple form on the website with your question. This form requires your ticket number(s) and your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information is required so that the fundraiser organizers can resolve any questions about prize money or ticket sales. CharityMania does not use your information for any other purposes other than to contact the fundraiser organizer. It is not used for any marketing purposes and will not be shared with any third party, unless otherwise required by law.
